- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in employee relations and HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, tools and Payroll system: Eagle system.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Working experience in hospitality is REQUIRED.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and mediate disputes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.
- Assist to identify training needs.
- Help track employee development and training progress.
- Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the documentation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Supervise and provide guidance to HR staff, including HR Assistants and Coordinators.
- Act as a point of contact in the absence of the HR Manager.
- Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Lead or participate in HR-related projects, such as employee engagement initiatives or diversity and inclusion programs.
